Chicken, Brussels Sprouts and Veggies Roasted In One Pan

    So we have a versatile recipe for you to make. The recipe calls for chicken thighs but you could also substitute chicken breasts or tofu in its place. We have only made it with the thighs because they turn out so succulent or juicy…however you want to say it…they are just good and tasty. But we are going to try it with tofu next time we make it. Oh, and there is a simple marinade as well that just makes this dish ever so tasty.
